Ordered flowers and chocolates for my niece they delivered flowers but not chocolates . I call them directly, they did the research and call me back. The computer never told them about the chocolates. Next time I will call directly and speak with a real person to get the job done. I was not charged and the called to follow up with me several times. They went the extra mile to try to help their customer.
