Delivery Policy

Holiday Delivery

To ensure timely delivery throughout the hectic holiday season, make sure to place your order at least one day in advance of the following significant holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. We are not operational on these holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Same Day Delivery

If you place your order by 1:00 pm in the recipient's local time, we can usually deliver the flowers on the same day, Monday through Friday.

Specific Times

While we cannot promise delivery at a specific hour, we typically deliver orders within four hours. When placing your order, you can indicate a preferred time in the special instruction box, and we will try our hardest to meet your needs.

Delivery Times

Delivery hours are expected to be between 9 am and 5 pm daily. We provide longer hours and delivery times on significant holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day; please call to confirm.

Funeral Homes

These orders hold the utmost importance. If your order is placed too late to arrive for the funeral service, we will promptly notify you so you can make alternative arrangements or send something to the family's residence. If the funeral home's zip code or precise address is missing, we will find it for you. We typically contact the funeral home to confirm the viewing time and coordinate the flower delivery. We will deliver according to the funeral home's guidelines if you select a delivery date before the viewing.

 

Schools Students

Schools do not permit deliveries to students. Please direct teacher gifts to the school and send student orders to their homes. Orders for high schools should be placed well in advance, as they generally need to be received by 2 pm.

PO Boxes

Deliveries to PO Boxes or A.P.O. addresses are not possible.

If no one is home

Depending on the delivery site, if the recipient is unavailable at the delivery time, the delivery person may leave the gift in a secure location to collect later, such as with a neighbor, or leave a note for the recipient to call and reschedule the delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

If delivery is attempted to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a $10 fee for address corrections will be charged. We are not accountable for deliveries made to the wrong addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery occurs, the customer is fully responsible for the entire purchase.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately and typically cannot be altered. Due to the urgent nature of florist-delivered items, we cannot cancel or modify orders already in the florist's process, in transit, or delivered. Email requests for changes or cancellations are NOT permitted. Please call immediately to amend or cancel an order that has not yet been processed. All changes or cancellations MUST be done verbally.

The recipient may be contacted.

Occasionally, the florist might contact the recipient to confirm their availability to accept the delivery.

Request to leave item at the door.

The customer is responsible for requests to leave arrangements at the door. We strongly advise against special instructions to deliver to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot receive the arrangement personally. Consequently, due to this request, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged products.

Recipient refusal of delivery

If the recipient declines to accept the delivery, you may be held entirely responsible for the cost of the gift.

Card Messages

 

The message you compose in the Card Message section accompanies the gift. We do not include billing details with your order.
