Fresh Flowers
We aim to deliver your significant emotional messages promptly, as fresh and lovely as possible. Due to the nature, seasonality, and local availability of flowers, replacing them with options of equal or more excellent value may sometimes be necessary. We will strive to keep the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. The variety will take precedence over color in arrangements featuring a single type of flower. For example, if the order is for yellow daisies, a different color might be substituted rather than another yellow flower. White and cream roses can be swapped for one another, as can peach and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be exchanged for white orchids and vice versa.
Non-Perishable Gift Items
If you are unsatisfied with a non-perishable gift, you may return it to our store for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
Plants
Similar plants of equal or more excellent value may be substituted for green and blooming plants. We will do our best to match the type for unique plants like orchids but may replace it with another color. Containers for plants will be as similar as possible.
Gift Baskets
Substitutions within a basket may be necessary with items of greater or equal value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
